Head Coach

Andrea Papas, our head coach, with over 20 years of studying and research in the various fitness of health, fitness and wellbeing, has the ability to guide and educate his clients on their individual, lifestyle and transformative journeys – making him a great, inspirational coach. Andrea has formed a unique hybrid of methodologies to help all his clients to achieve their fitness, physique and health goals and the most exhilarating part of it all is they are maintaining their results!

Ex– fat kid that under the watchful eye of my coach, mentor & friend, Andrea Pappas, changed my outlook on food & made a major lifestyle change.  My passion for learning led me to become a nutrition coach under Andrea. Now it’s my mission to help my clients fix their relationship with food, show them that’s it about making it a  lifestyle & not about quick fix & fad diets. My philosophy for myself & my clients is consistency over perfection. I’ve been doing CrossFit for 7 years & Olympic Lifting for 6 years. Things I love: this lifestyle, Olympic Lifting & helping others achieve their goals…. Oh & donuts… I LOVE DONUTS!!

Loren Hutton

Coach

Hey there! My name is Loren Hutton, and I am a fitness and wellness enthusiast with over 6 years of industry experience. I hold a Qualified Personal Trainer Diploma from CATHSETTA, and I’m registered in Advanced Sports Nutrition (NTEC). I’m also a skilled Remedial Sports Massage Therapist with a diploma from Balancing Touch, and currently pursuing a BA degree in Psychology.

I have a diverse range of specialities that I enjoy, including pre and postnatal training, working with lifestyle clients, helping people get ready for their big day, and sports-specific coaching, such as athletics and rugby. I also love helping people achieve their weight and fat loss goals.

I was a competitive show jumper for many years, but I ended my career in 2012 to focus on other passions. However, I still love riding and being around horses. I’m also a competitive bikini athlete, and my last show was in October 2019.

I believe that fitness and wellness should be fun and enjoyable, and that’s why I always strive to make my training sessions exciting and engaging. My ultimate goal is to help my clients achieve their fitness goals and live their best lives.
